Candles can easily ignite nearby materials, so it’s important to maintain a safe distance from anything that could catch fire.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Candles pose a burn and fire risk to curious children and pets who may knock them over or touch the flame.

Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
A shorter wick helps prevent uneven burning, excess smoke, and a too-large flame, improving the safety and longevity of the candle.

Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
This ensures that the candle won’t tip over and that the surface underneath won’t be damaged or catch fire from the heat.

Justinas Bruzas founded CandleHand in 2015 after learning the craft of candle making from his dad.
